Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:


  • The item is unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • All original tags are attached
  • The item is returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is provided

 

To initiate a return, please contact us at [your support email] with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:


  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items purchased during discounted promotions (including TikTok Live discounts, flash sales, or promotional codes)
  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you require a different size or colour:

  • Please return the original item (if eligible)
  • Place a new order for the desired item

This ensures faster processing and availability.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.


If confirmed, we will:

  • Offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit

International Orders

For international orders:

  • Return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for any return-related charges
